Course Information:

Golf in general has rapidly grown in popularity over the past five years. The demand for more good public golf courses in central Ohio has far exceeded the opening of new courses. Anyone who plays golf has seen the increase, especially in Union County with two new public courses that were built in the past ten years; the existing courses are heavily played every day of the week. Our plan is to build a public 18 hole par 72 golf course measuring around 6800 yards with four levels of tee boxes. Our philosophy will be to design and build the golf course into existing features of the land. We will be adding trees, ponds and other landscaping to add to the gently rolling country side. The golf course will be located at 17483 Robinson Road easy access from the freeway. The club house will be located 1000 to 1500 feet off of Robinson Road behind the existing farm house and buildings and the plan for construction will be in the fall of the second year of course opening. A temporary club house will be used until the construction is completed. A pavilion will be built to support the outing dinners and any other special request that come up.

Course Description:

· Bentgrass Tees, greens and fairways
· Most holes has four set of tees
· Yardage from back tees measuring around 6800 yards
· Roughs will be a blend of blue grass and rye grass mix
· Irrigation will be a modified double row system
· Large greens averaging around 6600 square feet
· Large practice green
· Driving range will not be available at this time
· Course will be professionally manicured
· Five ponds where 8 holes come into play
· Average number of bunkers on the course
